Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

  • During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.

WEXOR LLC ships to select international destinations. International delivery times vary by country and customs processing requirements.

Customers are responsible for:

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. WEXOR LLC is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

  2. Provide your order number and any relevant photos (if applicable).

  3. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

WEXOR LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing afterward.
